About Me

Heres a little about myself.  I have my Bachelors in Child Studies and was a former ABA therapist in Special Education.  I lost 97lbs and later was diagnosed with an Autoimmune Disease. This made me change my career path.  As a former Personal trainer I decided to become a Health Coach.  I am working towards my Corrective Exercise Certification.  I am also a certified BEMER distributer.  This medical device is used daily in  our home.
